Through Zero Ops, we develop proprietary components, new tooling, and collaborate with other American manufacturers to create bikes that stand apart in both technology and execution.

Every frame and component carrying the Zero Ops name will represent our highest level of innovation—lighter, more refined, and purpose‑driven—while still embodying the durability and ride feel Mosaic is known for. These bikes are more intricate to build and offered only in limited, made‑to‑order runs.

The first of these is the RT‑Zero, a road frame debuting our in‑house carbon seatmast and topper, enabling us to further tune the titanium tube set and set a new benchmark for performance. But Zero Ops isn’t a one‑off; it’s a mindset—one that will continue shaping the future of Mosaic, sometimes within Zero Ops models and sometimes across the entire lineup.
