Born from the Zero Ops program, the AR-Zero is the all-road counterpart to the RT-Zero — built for riders who want the same uncompromising, one-off construction with room to explore beyond pavement. Fitting up to a 40mm tire with a road groupset, the AR-Zero carries every hallmark of the Zero platform: an in-house designed carbon seatmast and topper, CNC-machined proprietary components including our IS52 head tube, and one-piece dropouts engineered and manufactured entirely under one roof.

With the AR-Zero this is where Mosaic's craft is most exposed. Every tube is mitered, fit, and welded by hand, hours of painstaking work compressed into joints that will carry a rider for decades. Once the frame is built, it moves to our finish department, where the same standard holds — each frame prepped, painted, and finished by hand, with the same patience and attention given to every weld.
