Mosaic Purchase Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the bike or component must be in completely unused condition with no parts installed or modified. All eligible returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Condition Requirements
Your product must meet all of the following criteria:
- Completely unused with no visible signs of wear or assembly
- All original components and hardware intact
- No parts installed or modified from their original state
- Original packaging and all documentation included
Return Process
- Contact us to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Ship your product back to Mosaic at your own expense. You must provide your own shipping label and arrange for return shipping.
- Receive your refund once we’ve received your return, inspected the product, and confirmed it meets our condition requirements.
Shipping & Refunds
- Return shipping: The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping label.
- Restocking fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from your refund total.
- Inspection period: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the restocking fee.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products that show signs of use, assembly, or installation
- Items missing original packaging or documentation
- Products returned after 30 days
- Custom or made-to-order frames with personalized specifications
